Matt pages. Not glossy. The spine is very low quality and the top of the spine is damaged a bit. POD is no where near the same quality, especially with the spine. I have ordered the premium heavyweight and compared it to the offset printing that Onyx Path does for their KS. POD cannot compare to that quality. It actually seems quite different from the original Onyx Path books and much closer to a Standard Heavyweight copy.
