In this case, it is the eternal need to find a dance partner. All in all, this is a pretty bland affair, proving that no country is immune from making bad films. The deadpan English dub is a chore and could definitely be remedied by a redub. Whilst one of the better North Korean kaiju flicks, this film still doesn't hold a candle to the standard of the time, making it seem much cheaper and all-around underwhelming.
